Big 5 Accommodation Booking terms and conditions.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, When making a booking you accept our general terms and conditions.

Bookings cancelled less than 7 to 3 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit.

Less than 10 to 7 days, forfeit 75% deposit

From 18 to 10 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit

21 to 18 days or more, forfeit 25% of deposit

Errors made in transfers will forfeit a 10% fee to cover all banking charges, refunds will only be made once 100% proof from our banking institutions has been received. This process could take 7 to 10 working days.

BOOKINGS CANCELLED 3 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE INVOICED THE FULL AMOUNT, NO SHOWS NO REFUND.

Monies forfeited are retained to cover admin costs and banking charges.

High season reservations such as Christmas, Holidays and World Cup Sporting events having any cancellations will forfeit a 10% admin fee which will be deducted from your deposit and is non refundable, solely at the discretion of Big 5 management.

Submission of this booking means you agree to our terms and conditions. Bookings cancelled with in 24hours of submission are allowed. Refund policy will still apply.

TAXI’S AND TRANSFERS

Transfers from O R Thambo International Airport, can be arranged by Big 5 Accommodation Bed and breakfast and are payable cash to the driver, unless otherwise organized prior to arrival.

Meet and greet is when Big 5 arranges a driver to collect and escort you to the vehicle from your terminal of arrival at a pre arranged time. Due to past complications and flight delays it is essential communication is made through email or telephone the day before your departure, confirming flight schedules and arrival times. Purchasing of a South African sim card on arrival at the airport or activating your international roaming on your own sim card prevents any unnecessary communication failures. Please make contact with us on your arrival in to Johannesburg on (082) 8512302 from a South African sim card or (0027) 82 8512302 from your international sim card. Taxi’s are available at the airport – rates range from R200 TO R300 from the airport to the guest house, over seas guests are encouraged to choose taxi’s with reputable licences and signage, We are less than 10km’s from the Airport, it is therefore imperative you choose a driver carefully and provide him with our directions and address as set out in your booking confirmation documents. Please note there is a Big 5 Kempton Park WE ARE BIG 5 ACCOMMODATION EDENVALE.

DINNING ROOM

All meals booked for will be invoiced; notice of at least 3 hours is required for cancellation. Meals booked and paid for in advance will not be refunded.

Big Five Accommodation and staff are not responsible or liable for damage accident or theft as a result of public transport as well as unsatisfactory transfer experiences. We will however endevor to make your stay as pleasant and as memorable as possible.
